Training & Development
Do you need any previous experience to become an iFixer?
Short answer: No.
Even though having previous technical experience is appreciated, it is not at all mandatory to become an iFixer.
An essential part of your career at Hive involves receiving all the training and learning that you need to become an iFixer, this includes a technical certification as well as a series of tests through which you qualify to become a member of the Hive family.
